X11 desktop similar to OpenLook on RedHat

Hi,

I would like to implement something similar to OpenLook or OpenLook itself
on RedHat 7.1/7.2.

Could you please give me suggestions on which is the best available right
now.

I have istalled fvwm2, but I need to add some more apps to be called from
the menu like "Netscape" and Oracle Tools.

All help , suggestions and comments will be accepted gratefully.
