Hi,
Since my upgrade from RH6.2 failed, I reinstalled 7.2
instead. Unfortunataly, I forgot to backup some configuration files before
(if I had remembered, i wouldn't have know which of them anyway).
Now the crises, I can't dial up my net access provider and pay my bills on
the net.
How do I configure my RH7.2 computer to dial up my service provider.
The command I used before was /sbin/ifup ppp1 if I remember right, and I
configured it using linux-conf. I cant find the right entry in linuxconf
to do the same thing now :-(.
What configuration files are relevant?
What package is ppp support in? Is there a special package with graphical
linuxconf, like the one in RH6.2, I can almost read the yellow color in
the textbased one, and havn't been able to configure the html based one.
Is there any other packages that I need?
Please, help!
Thanks
.David
