Just wanted to point out that not all LI problems will be solved with
these 2 suggestions. Mine weren't. I did 'fdisk -l /dev/hda' and saw
some partitions with a '+' at the beginning of the blocks counts that
wouldn't go away. I had to manually experiment with fdisk during install
to get rid of them. THAT fixed the problem for me on 2 separate
harddrives.

Now I'll be quiet again.
