Crtl-Alt-Delete

Is there any way to change the function of the key sequence
"Control-Alt-Delete" to do something other than reboot?
I have a problem with other people rebooting the computer, and I'd
like Ctrl-Alt-Del to (minimally) not cause a reboot, and (ideally)
send me an e-mail alterting me it's been pressed (so hopefully I can
call before they get to unplugging the computer!).
Thanks!
