You have the special NCR version of unix, their own releace.

I found a boot disk and drivers that do work, but it will only install RH
7.0 and 7.1.   You can get it at this site:

notice "Voyager",  that was the original name for the WorldMark Systems.  So
you may also look for the NCR Voyager 3430

As i said,  the boot disk works.  It finds My HardDrive, my TapeBackup, and
my CDRom drive...   If you try the disk and it locks up and stops
responding...  Just move the CPU card to another slot...   Since this boot
disk accessed the card directly by its slot address.
