unsubscribe errors

Dear Reader,

I recently tried, and failed, to unsubscribe from the
install list.  I got an automated error msg from the
listserver with instructions different from the tagline
instructions at the bottom of each list message - I just
want you to be aware, and maybe fix the unsubscribe problem!

The tagline message says to send a message with
"unsubscribe" in the subject line.  The error message I
received says to send a message with "unsubscribe <password>
(<e-mail address>) in the subject line.

I just sent a msg with "unsubscribe myemail address" in the
subject line 'cause I don't remember my password for sure.
If this doesn't work I'll try again.  At any rate, given the
number of people on the list who are having unsubscribe
problems, you might want to double check exactly what the
procedure is and make sure your tagline instructions reflect
it properly.
