Display Too Big for Monitor.

Greetings...
            I have installed RH 8.0 on a Dell GX260 with a P992 monitor
      and a ATI rage 128 Ultra Pro video card and my display will not go
      above 680 X 400.   Does any one have an Ideal on how to Fix it ?
      The drivers for the card only go up to the ATI rage 128.
