It must be a firewall which is blocking, basically what you should do is
this, from the MACHINE running postfix, type telnet localhsot 25, and if
it connects then its ok postfix is working, then the other machines cant
connect because a firewall is blocking them. So check your firewall
settings, try turniong off the firewall for debugging purposes only and
see if it works.
