Not everyone sorts their mail into mail folders. The Redhat list(s) are
the only ones I'm on that do not add subject headers and I always found
that to be weird. It makes it easier to see what is list traffic and what
is real traffic when the subject headers are included, and hardly
constitute a waste of bandwidth.
