Are you burning them by using the ISO images as image files?

If you stick one of the burned CDs into a drive you can do a directory
on, do you see multiple files or just one?  If it's just one, you
haven't burned them properly.  You must choose the "Burn a CD using
an ISO image file as input" option.  I don't know which program you are
using to burn so I can't help any further.
