I moved apache's document root to /home/www set permissions at 755, and then
deleted /var/www. Should I keep things as they are (user www) (group www)? I
also changed the user and group that apache runs under in /etc/ httpd/
config, to (user www) (group www) does anybody see some security problem
with this? or maybe just that its not right?
Provided /home/www has read permissions for user www and/or group www
that should be fine. I don't see a problem.
