You need source package, with patches, copy it to /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES
then you need to write spec file for the package, it has intructions like name of
application, license, how to compile.... etc..
then use have to use commands like rpm -ba file.spec, if everything is correct, it
will build source and binary rpm.
