tcp server

Hi, 
I installed redhat linux 7.2 a month ago.
Now I'm busy with the installation of a qmail mailserver and I'm having some
problems here.
I always get the error that the program can't find /usr/local/bin/tcpserver
It says that this file doesn't exist and i can't find it on my harddisk
I searched already at lots of mailinglists but i can't find any place where
it is possible to download this script or program
Can anyone help me, e.g. by giving me an url where i can download it?
