I "presume" you mean an ASP or CGI or similar page? AFAIK, it`s not allowed
basically and by providing access to the source is actually a security hole
on the server. Server-side code may contain password or similar sensitive
information, and is never intended for public viewing - only its results.

IMHO, if you want to download somebody`s ASP/CGI code legitimately you`ll
need to develop a relationship with the owner and use a different path. ;-)
