Installing driver source code?

Subject: Installing driver source code?

I am reletively new to Linux. I did a clean install of Red Hat 7.3 Pro and
now I want to install the source code for the network drivers. What is the
best way to do that? The GnuRPM tool seems to ignore my requests to install
the kernel sources from the C SOURCE cds.
