Kernel Panic during Installation

Hi, i'm trying to install red hat 7.3 and i receive a kernel panic message 
after the text-option screen.  This problem also occur with red hat 7.2.  My 
pc is a duron 800mhz with a pcchips 810 motherboard w/256mb RAM w/SiS 730 
video 32mb shared. I hope you can help me to solve this problem.
