I had to physically go to the page, remove the info for the old install
and activate the info for the new install. The info will be collected,
but it will treat it as 2 separate things. Since you can only have one
machine for free it won't automatically activate the "new" machine until
the "old" machine is inactive.

That's how it treated me, anyway. Three times now.
