CDRom could not be mounted..

hi..  
someone can tell to me/// 
i've try to install Redhat Linux 7.3 via cd.. 
i success booting from cd and continue all step of installation.. 
but an problem occour when they need to i inserted disk 2 to complete the installation.  
the msg when i insert the Disk 2 is : 
- The CDRom could not be mounted.. 
.... 
someone can tell me why?
