How did you create the CD? Did you use 650MB discs or 700MB discs? Was
it burned the same way as disc 1?

I never had any problem with it. But a number of people have had
problems with disc 2. Some have been able to solve it by using 700MB
discs.

I saw a reason given (I don't know how factual, or if the person was
speculating and giving it as fact) that the edges of the discs are
sometimes unreadable and the ISOs are large enough to push the write
into areas that are possible problems. Even if they were merely
speculating, it has solved the problem for some people.
