Huh??? you can ping this machine from that machine,
but not that machine from this machine, because of
that machine at this machine... is that what I read???
Please be more explicit.
In general, with the machine that is having a problem
reaching others on the 192.168.168.0 network, just add
a route to that network.
route add 192.168.168.0 gw <some reachable ip address>
