Re: services starting

I started alot of services and now httpd quit working are there conflicts, do some services disable others.  Im behind a firewall so I'm not very concerned about security is there a way to install under these assumptions or how do I get the ntsysv screen when I am installing.

After installation, run "ntsysv" as root, turn on the services you want,
then reboot.

FTP, apache, telnet, and a huge amount of stuff is disabled now by
default for security reasons. You turn them on at your own risk
(early versions of WU-FTP have all kinds of security holes, for
example).
