Resuming failed upgrade on RH7.3

Hello--

I'm trying to upgrade from 7.2 to 7.3.

My CDRW started chugging and I got the fatal error
about "failed media . . ." etc.

My questions:

What is the best way to resume this--trying to "upgrade"
again or do a "new" install?  

Will RHL recognize the previous installation ?
