Well, the name has flip-flopped at least twice. The early versions were
ntp, then there was xntp (X-perimental NTP), and now they're back to just
ntp again. I just didn't remember exactly at what RH versions the
transitions occurred. The current procuction Dave Mills version is
NTP-4.1.1. The latest RH 7.2 version is 4.1.0.
