RIS services - Can redhat emulate this?

Is it possible for a machine running redhat to allow a client to install
windows from a network based machine? Okay, that doesn't even make sense to
me! Let me explain, Machine A is a machine running RedHat (naturally!)
machine B, is a naked machine - (has no OS). I want to be able to boot
machine B with a floppy, and be able to install windows, just like the RIS
on a Win NT server, and W2k AS.

Are there any tools, or any workarounds, to allow me to do this?
