Two things that I've used:

1) In Netscape I had the message filters set up to look for the name in the address.  e.g.: Boris Kortiak "boris kortiak com" -and- Rachael Kortiak "boris kortiak com".  This is problematic, because not all e-mail clients send the name as part of the e-mail address.

2) Spend US$8.88 and register a domain with http://www.namecheap.com per year and have them forward the e-mail to a single address.  Again use message filtering to separate the messages.
