MX records

I am planning on using a dynamic DNS service, and I have access to my MX
records, is it possible for me to have all the email for the domain sent to
a diffrent mail handler, like the one I use for my existing domains? That
way my mail ends up in a POP3 account, and I won't lose any email when we go
offline. Is it possible?
