rh71 error 7.

Hello,
	I wrote a while back about installing rh71 on a machine and getting an
error 7 from anaconda. I tried 7.0 on same machine and it worked fine.
Does anyone know if anaconda was modified between 7.0 and 7.1 which might
explain this problem?
