Greetings Karl,
I can see some ftp sessions but not all of them in the log you have stated.
Is there a way where I can see all ftp transactions that have happened on
the server?
Regards
Blessing

Try looking at /var/log/xferlog for ftp logs.

Greetings,
I have a small bsd firewall. Users authenticate on it and to see currently
connected users I run
tail -f /var/log/messages | grep http
and for mail flow you replace http with an @ sign. How do I check for ftp
sessions, so that I can see the user, source IP of the user and perhaps the
ftp site they are accessing.
Thanks in advance.
