The processing charge seems a little high, but then again they need to pay the points to the CC company and are distributing the contribution. PayPal (http://www.paypal.com/) has something similar but weaker. The contribution goes to the account holder though, no distributions available.
As just a way to rate a contributor, it seems pretty good.
