You can't.  RedHat's installer is incredibly stupid when this happens.
You have to start over.  And you have a bad CD, or at least a bad
copy of that RPM.  I've seen similar problems with an install I did,
because the iso image was corrupted when I wrote it to CD.  I did a
fresh download of the ISO, burned another CD and all was well.
