This is already my second burnt CD of RedHat iso disk 1. Is it possible

the file seems ok on the CD itself?
Odds are the ISO you downloaded is hosed. The sizes should be:
# ls -s redhat-7.2*
662724 redhat-7.2-disk1-intel.iso
654384 redhat-7.2-disk2-intel.iso
Can't be I did md5sum checks on them.
I can only tell you what I've found in the past. Are the file sizes
the same as I listed above? Are you using the large CDRs (the 700MB,
80 minute) when you burn them? Are you certain you're not getting a
buffer underrun or some other error when you burn them? These kinds
of problems are most often caused by a botched CD.
If you suspect the RPM (odd, if you SWEAR the iso image and CD are
clean), you can check the RPM from the iso image by mounting the image
via loopback and running a checksum on the RPM.
