RE: redhat 7.2 routing issue.

OK, messed with mine last night (almost same setup but cable modem). It
works the exact same way.
Did you go through the masquerade trouble shooting questions? Doing that
has always helped me fix what I've missed.
Based on your answers and what I've found your setup is messed up on either
the internal machine or your gateway. My first problem like that was the
DNS settings on my internal (Win95) machines were wrong. Once those were
fixed it worked fine. Last night (after rebuilding my server) I had to
manually shut down ipchains (can't remember the command but it is in the
masquerade HOWTO). Did that, restarted the rc.firewall and my whole network
had access to the internet. Sorry I can't be much more help but the Linux
box is at home and I'm stuck at work.
