SMTP problems

Hello,
I am running RH 7.0 with 2.2.16-22 kernel and 8.11.6 sendmail on my server 
box.
This box has all of the latest updated via up2date.
I have noticed a slowdown in mail for the last couple of days and a friend 
said his mail to me bounced. Looking at /var/log/maillog I see mail to my 
zank zank com mail bouncing with realying denied messages.
Note that I am subscribed to this list with szanke directvinternet com 
address and all is well.
I am subscribed to a couple of lists with the zank zank com addy and it's 
been working fine.
I have had this box up with sendmail for about four months with no problems. 
The problems started a couple of days ago. Tonight I tried mailing myself 
from my RH 7.2 workstation box with the zank.com and directvinternet addy and 
both bounced.
I restarted sendmail and tried mailing myself from my workstation box and it 
works now.
Not sure what's going on...
I tried testing my sendmail for relaying with abuse.net about a week ?ago and 
it was fine. No relaying.
Would some members try mailing me zank zank com so that I can test sendmail 
on that box?
