Mikael,

"locate mkpasswd" on RedHat 7.2 shows it as being /usr/bin/mkpasswd. Its possible that you did not install it. Doing a "rpm -qf /usr/bin/mkpasswd" yields that it was installed as part of the expect-5.32.2-65 package.

You could check that you installed this, and if not install it.

I tend to install everything, just to avoid this sort of problem. That assumes enough disc space though.
