The default sendmail.cf installed with sendmail in RedHat 7.2 only allows relaying from the local computer. If you have an open relay then I guess you have modified it.

The /etc/access file is the usual one to specify which computers may/may not relay through your computer.

If you want to post here exactly what setup you want and presently have, we can help more.
