It's astonishingly hard to guess. The package is called "wget". Most of the
mirror sites I looked at don't seem to have that version anymore, but you
should be able to find a copy of the version that came with 7.0 on your
install cds (if you have a set) or on ftp.redhat.com. Failing that, wget is
sufficiently simple (in terms of its interactions with other packages) that
you can probably just install the version from the RH 7.3 distro (you may
need to use the srpm, I don't think 7.0 and 7.3 use the same C library).
