We do receive a prompt reply from RedHat Support



Hi Folks,

            Well we are batting 1000 so far.

            A few days ago I submitted a request to Red Hat support and
received a Service Request number.  The next day I received a reply from
them stating that my Request was sent to the wrong address and they gave me
a link to submit the report again.  The link was to the exact page that I
used in the first place.

            Thus I filled this Request Form again and this time I received a
different Service Request Ticket number.  I wonder if they will respond,
eventually, with the same answer they did to my initial request?

            In the meantime my installation attempt (v7.3) problem remains.
