Ximian are having a go at it for GNOME, though rather limited.

The product is in beta and is called Ximian Setup Tools (XST).

Have a look at http://www.ximian.com/devzone/projects/xst-devel.html

Screenshots on the same page.

There is no data on RedHat 7.3 compatibility yet, but they were pretty fast
at it when 7.2 was released.
