PC Router, How many users it can handle

Hi,
I installed RHL 7.0 in HP E40 Net Server with Pentium Pro 200, 32 MB RAM and
2GB SCSI Hard Disk. With 2 NICs 100 Mb.

Im using IPchains, and set up the server as dedicated PC Router, to connect
2 internal LAN.

With my configuration, how many users than can PC Router can handle, before
it drop the connection? Or the connection become too slow?

I know the easy way is the hard way, TRY it, and it also the HARD WAY... :P
Do you have any suggestions, or experients? Before im going the HARD WAY?
