RH 7.3 : impossible to install it : FAT and kernel panic !

HI,

Impossible to install a RedHat 7.3 on my PC :
I receive this message, after booting and recognising well the
hardware :

 EXT2-fs = unable to read SuperBlock
   cramfs : wrong magic
   -FAT : unable to read boot sector
   -Kernel panic VFS :
   -unable to mount root
   -fs on 09:00
-------
With RH 7.2, 7.1, MDK 8.2 , Slakware = no installation problems !

What happens ?
