RE: Upgrading Netscape 4.79 to 6.2

Update, I reinstalled to the default dir. (/usr/local/netscape) once that
was done I could isolate the exec. file. I had the right exec., I guess
what was throwing me was the profile select window. I expected to go
directly to navigator.

Does anyone know how to bypass Navigator's profile menu?

Where do I modify the paths so when I type Netscape it goes to the new
install instead of the old.

Lastly, What is the procedure for uninstalling applications. (Netscape
4.79)

Thanks for helping the nitwit.

Chris

Which directory did yuo unpack the tarball?
When I upgraded to Netscape 6.22, I unpacked it in /usr/local/netscape
and the executable is /usr/local/netscape/netscape
