Hi !
I've installed RedHat 7.3 on 5 boxes 200 MHz Pentiums with 64-96 Meg RAM
which will primarily be used for browsing with Konqueror.
Running Konqueror on those boxes is REALLY slow, even after Konqueror has
been loaded and you are just switching between pages in the browser, it's really
slow.
So, my question is: Where do I start tuning KDE/X so these machines become
usable for browsing purposes?
BTW, I for simplicity (as I'm a RedHat/Linux newbee) I just installed the
whole KDE 3 package on top of RedHat 7.3.
All help appreciated.
