shutdown scripts

Dear Redhat Users,

Can anybody tell me where I would run scripts during the shutdown process,
i.e., rc.local script is run during bootup, what would be the opposite of
rc.local but only for shutdown process.

What I want to do is to delete a file during the shutdown.
