I think you need to use /etc/mail/access. Make sure you have the
sendmail-doc and sendmail-cf RPMs installed, then look at
/usr/share/doc/sendmail/README.cf or /usr/share/sendmail-cf/README.
They are the same file. There is information in there about the
access file and how to use it.
