I have run up2date, and I'm in sync, but everytime I attempt to load a page
with a PHP extension, I get a blank page - Which is annoying. I looked at
the PHP page, and it told me to add some modules, and some mime types to
apache, which resulted in apache not starting, and complaining that it
cannot find mod_php. Which is why I was looking for it. So I guess that my
problem really is why am I getting blank pages, instead of PHP generated
pages?

Angel,
I think you might be making this more difficult than it is.
There is not a mod_php rpm with RHL 7.2 and 7.3.
Which distro are you using?
I recently installed PhP and MySQL on my RHL 7.0 server box with the RHL
7.2 cdroms rpms and moved my .php files over to the server. The whole
process took about 15 minutes.
I didn't have to configure Apache 1.3.22 to work with PhP.
You might want to run up2date to get in synch....

Ahh, the joy of Windows.
Second only to the joy of getting kicked square in the biscuits.
