Installing from FTP server

Hi all,
I'm from the land of the FreeBSDs and I'm not that familiare with 
Red Hat installations.

I'd like to install Red Hat with a couple of boot disks and make the 
server connect to an FTP server to retrieve the system data. 
Hopefully this is possible on Red Hat aswell.

Could anyone please point me in directions of some docs covering this?
