Jonathan, looks like I will have to reregister it. Got a feeling that is going to end up being a problem, simply because I don't know what I'm doing :( I tried uninstalling two rpms today by doing rpm -e therpm.rpm and I couldn't uninstall them because they seemed to depend on each other. So I reverted to my traditional windows way of thinking - reinstall Linux !
which does the same thing, but doesn't remove the packages. It just goes through the motions so you can verify dependencies, etc.
