7.3 install issues...

I have tried two different install sets...  Each set is burned
properly, i.e. with all the proper directories rather than just an
.iso on the CD.  However, I am unable to get the install working. 
The system will not boot from the CD, so I made a boot disk.  Once
booted, the install claims that the RedHat Linux CD is not in the
CDROM, which is completely erroneous.  Could this be due to the
RedHat directory being all in caps (e.g. REDHAT), or is there
something else going on?  If it is an issue of all caps, how would
that happen? These ISOs have been used successfully before.
