Change /etc/grub.conf to boot the windoze partition.
Chenk "info grub" for details, but:

title Windoze
  root (hd0,0)
  #this is usually hda1, use hd0,1 for hda2
  makeactive

Why not use the linux Flash player?
Or try CrossoverPlugin from codeweavers.com.

If you MUST use a windows app, try CrossoverOffice
for the same place. Wine can be tricky to setup
and codeweavers makes it simple.

What do you currently have installed?

Althoug it's not supported by Red Hat, you can
try just upgrading the packages you need.

Do it in single user mode.
I'd start with glibc and rpm.

I did this for RHL-7.1, 7.2 and several betas along
the way, before	I got a CD-R/W.
