Have you considered CrosoverOffice?
It's not expensive, and works for a lot of apps.

What version Of Flash? If it's a few revs back,
and runs on win98 it will probably work with
WINE/CrossoverOffice.

Codeweavers might give you a demo liscense.
Also, you can buy and try it out. If it doesn't work:
